St. Helens Rugby League player Theo Fages began his career playing with the Salford Red Devils (2013-2015) before joining St. Helens in the Super League on a four year-contract, where he plays to this day. He predominantly plays as a scrum-half, but can also play as hooker or stand-off. Theo Fages and St. Helens won League Leaders Shield in 2018; a record 6th time for St. Helens. In early 2019, Theo Fages combined with James Roby to score two tries against his previous club, Salford Red Devils and move St. Helens to the top of the League Table with a 26-4 win. In total he has scored 23 tries for St. Helens.

Theo Fages also plays internationally for France and is captain of the French team. He made his debut for France in the 2013 Rugby League World Cup, in a victory against Papau New Guinea. He scored his first international try in the 2014 European Cup against Wales, and officially became captain before the 2015 Rugby World Cup. He has scored 3 tries for France overall. (177 words)
