Jessie J began her career when she was 11 with a role in a West End Musical, Whistle Down the Wind. Her first single was called “Do it like a Dude” and her next song topped the charts in 19 different countries.  She released her first album which went to number two in the charts, and she became the first British female artist to achieve six top ten singles from an album. She performed at the Queens Diamond Jubilee Concert outside Buckingham Palace and also at the closing ceremony of 2012 Olympic Games in London. She is recognised for her unconventional performance style mixing soul vocals with R & B, pop and hip-hop beats.  She has received various awards and nominations for her music and appeared in Comic Relief and BBC Children in Need.  She has also been a coach and mentor in the BBC The Voice U.K.
