Adrienne Barbeau  is an American actress, singer and the author of three books. Barbeau came to prominence in the 1970s as Broadway's original Rizzo in the musical Grease, In the 1970s and 1980s, Barbeau was a sex symbol, and in 1980 began appearing in horror and science fiction films, including The Fog, Escape from New York, Creepshow, and Swamp Thing. During the 1990s, she providied the voice of Catwoman on Batman, The Animated Series and then subsequent Batman cartoon shows.
