Martin Clunes is an English actor, who first became popular for his role as Gary Strang in Men Behaving Badly, a series about two beer guzzling flatmates, revelling in their second childhood, spending many hours watching TV and mindless talks about women. More recently Martin is known for his role as Martin Ellingham in Doc Martin, a medical comedy drama series. The series is filmed in Port Isaac, in Cornwall. The eighth series is due to be aired on ITV in the autumn of 2017 and Martin has confirmed that Doc Martin will end in 2018 with its final series.
