Authentic Signed Bradley Walsh Photos, Framed & Mounted Displays
The Chase host and Doctor Who companion Bradley Walsh has had a long and successful career since the early nineties. He quickly became a public favourite in 1994 when he joined the presenting team of The National Lottery, and was soon snapped up by ITV, where he went on to present Wheel of Fortune (1997). He also appeared on Lily Savage’s Blankety Blank before going on to pursue an acting career.
After a string of minor roles, he joined popular ITV soap Coronation Street as factory boss Danny Baldwin (2004-2006), and in the two years he was there he was the centre of many major storylines including his affairs with Sunita Parekh and Leanne Battersby, and finding out that Mike Baldwin was his father before the latter’s iconic death in 2006. In 2009, Bradley Walsh joined the cast of Law and Order: UK as recovering alcoholic DS Ronnie Brooks, and stayed with the show until the eighth series in 2014. He currently plays retired bus driver Graham O’Brien in Doctor Who – the companion of the first female Doctor (Jodie Whittaker); a role which he filled in 2017 for the eleventh series. It has been confirmed that he will return for the show’s twelfth series in 2020.
Despite becoming a prolific actor, Bradley Walsh has carried on with his presenting career simultaneously. The highlight of his presenting career has been The Chase, which he joined in June 2009, a popular ITV primetime gameshow where contestants compete against ‘the chaser’ to try to win a cash prize. The Chase has said to be one of the most successful ITV gameshows ever, and Bradley Walsh is coming into his tenth year of presenting this year.
